Do you stock your inventory?

YES! We try to note whether an item is in stock or a pre-order item in the description, as well as an approximate ship date.

When will I receive my order?

In stock items generally ship within 48 hours. We ship via USPS and shipping time varies from 1-4 business days depending on your location. We ship from Dallas, Texas and Auburn, Alabama. 

Can I try on before I purchase?

If you are local to Dallas or Auburn, we welcome you to try on! If in Dallas, simply e-mail us at lauren@therosygoat.com or in Auburn, stacy@therosygoat.com

Can I pick up my order and save on shipping?

Yes! If you are local to Dallas or Auburn just let us know if you'd rather pick your order up.

I've received an invoice via e-mail. What do I do?

We will send you a manual invoice via e-mail if you decide to place an order via commenting on a post in Facebook or Instagram or when exchanging an item. We will hold an item you've been invoiced for for 24 hours. If an invoice is not paid within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Can I return or exchange?

Of course! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. But just in case you aren't, please let us know via e-mail at either lauren@therosygoat.com or stacy@therosygoat.com and we will be happy to either refund you or exchange your item, less any shipping fees. All Sale items are final sale and may only be returned for store credit.
